Not easy to clean
4 von 5 finden das hilfreich I own two of these roasters and I love them except when it comes to cleaning, no soapy or hot water can clean the top head filter, just cannot come off that easy, I use compressed air and brush, the brush can easily damage the mesh, there should be special kind of liquid cleaner for it. As far as roasting goes this is the best roaster one can get for home roasting, I make only espresso but my roasting is much lighter than ordinary espresso roast, this machine makes it very simple in the way one can adjust the fun speed, time and temperature. Fan speed controls the temperature, the high the fan speed is the low the temperature gets. I have two because I am a coffee addict. I have the first one for over 3 years now with zero problems.

Bad motors
The first one didn't have a power of 12 volts fan while draining 220 volts, the replacement motor wouldn't shut off at all, regardless of the thermostat setting it stayed on all the time so I had to order new motor on amazon
