Fatigue
The gameplay isn't too bad but it's not anything new even the health system is just another version of regenerative heath cause you can simply request it. Overall even on vetrian it's extremely easy.
Multiplayer is trash super fast time to kill nonsense with zero skill required. Didn't even bother with zombies cause there is no point.
