  Helmet was described as used but major details were left out, such as complete cracking in the helmet. So to me the description was not complete. There was fresh paint over the cracks. I don’t know if there was an attempt to conceal issues but they were not part of the description. Shipping was fast and product was adequately packaged. I did not contact the seller to communicate issues so i can’t speak for customer service.

  This was a nearly 30 year old used leather fire helmet sold at half the normal cost of such items. Regardless, had you contacted me I would have issued a full refund. You had the time to complain for free, but no time seek and actual resolution for $500.00?
