5/8 wave great antenna
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Great for long distance DX transmission and reception if you mount this antenna just above the ground level at about 0.5 of a meter the radiation pattern will be very favourable for DX as long distance signals come in at low angle. I used a 5/8 antenna once while mobile and run the coax cable to the antenna mounted on the beach in Greece and had contact into Spain. All 5/8 antennas are great I managed to get local 50 mile contacts easily and hopefully when the band conditions open up DX will be great on this antenna too.

Get that professional feel at home

Good mic one of the best on the market
This is a top quality microphone makes your voice sound natural over the radio the sound is excellent for AM FM and SSB modes. I use to have the older version with volume and tone control on the side. The noise cancelling mic has a lip guard the mouth needs to be close to the grill for best results works well very happy with it.
