Not really universal
The manufacturer and seller quote it as a replacement for the Kubota part number. It did fit but only after some modifications. The seat has it's own adjuster, but it only locks one slide. The attachment point for my L35 is four bolts on the front of the seat that allows the seat to fold forward. With those bolts being so far forward, the second rail does not have enough support and slides freely back and forth as the othe side is locked. I do like the seat itself. Very sturdy.

Made the job easy
Great product with almost perfect fit. The one tube was a cm longer than the original. File fixed it. BUY NEW CLIPS. They do not come with this. Doorman makes a variety pack with 4 of them in it for cheaper than most are selling a single clip.

Great!
Replaced stock shocks... at 140000miles Perfect fit. Rides smooth and less tire bounce in the rear.
