  The seller mentioned a death in the family, which delayed shipping after over a week of no updates. They later offered to double my order as compensation, but then canceled and refunded it without letting me know first. Since I live in the same state, I wish it had been easier to get an update—my leopard gecko needed the bugs, so I had to order from someone else. Hoping communication can be clearer in the future.
