new, and top quality batteries

Easy Installation and works great.
This product is a fantastic addition to a sliding door. It stops the door from hitting a hard stop at the end of it travel. It was easy to install . It works great. It will work on pocket door style door track. I don't think it will work on a by-pass type door track. I will buy this again when I install another sliding door in my closet.

MaxxFan is the best
MaxxFan is the best, very quiet, and has all of the features you could ask for. I removed a loud Fantastic brand fan and replaced it with this one. What a difference. Quiet and moves a lot more air.
