A reasonable product. Wheel flange clearances can be a little problematic on occasions and a gentle filing is sometimes necessary - particularly over the plastic frog area. They are OK value for money, but not as robust or as well made as Peco points. OK if you're on a budget. They were better when they were made in the UK and not in China as they are now.

A Brilliant Concept - but Flawed.
0 von 3 finden das hilfreich Box sets contain 3rd radius curves, but the trains run much better on 4th radius curves. Found mine to be literally uncontrollable! Sent back to Hornby (who still service & repair these - even though there is only ONE gentleman at Margate who still looks after these steam locomotives), and they replaced valves and seals at no cost. That was fantastic service. They also operate at 15v as opposed to 12v and I've seen track spark and plastic sleepers melt due to the higher voltage. Smell just like the real thing! Very atmospheric! Just wish I had been more successful with mine - but I sold it on. Needs a dedicated circuit of track - cannot mix with other 12v motive power or DCC.

Highly Recommended for Card.
Originally thought that this was just watered down PVA when I was first recommended it years ago, but how wrong was I! This is quick setting, so gives little time for adjusting. I use this regularly on card kits and I can highly recommend this glue. Dries clear. Thoroughly recommend this glue for serious modellers - in particular, for card modelling.
