  I recommend this seller VERY highly, he is totally trustworthy. The item was never received because UPS lost it in transit !! The seller was extremely patient and helpful and refunded the total amount paid - which is more than can be said for UPS who are a total nightmare to deal with.

  Seller communicates well. Item got damaged in transit due to bad packaging (insufficient padding for heavy item). Seller handled the problem well, sent me a replacement with minimal fuss for me. Replacement arrived without damage. So on the one hand the initial sloppy packaging was bad, but the customer friendliness and communication was very good and I got what I wanted in the end. Overall this was a positive experience for me.
