Says just what it is. Perfect title
Tom Kerridge, a man who knows how to cook and knows how to treat people with respect. This fabulous book shows T.K. at his best. We have tried 6 of the dishes so far and all have been amazing. Easy to follow recipes, great ingredients and brilliant photography. I watched Tom in his kitchen over 12 years ago and I was blown away by the gentle and kind way in which he spoke to his kitchen staff......Well done that man!
