Narrow shaft
I loved this boot when I received it. I felt the suede was great and I loved everything about the look of the boot and felt the quality of the materials was good. However, as a woman I bought this boot wearing a size 11, in a men's size 9 and I could not fit my foot down the shaft of this boot. I never got the boot on my foot as the shaft was too narrow and this is an ankle boot! I'm not sure how anyone could make this boot work. I could see that the bottom of the shoe was the right size for my foot and after 10-15 minutes of trying to get it it on, I gave up. Definitely a design flaw. I later saw these boots on a Nordstrom website and read a review where a customer there had the exact same problem and she had bought these boots for her son.
