great
Been trying to lose weight for a while go to a weight loss group but due to health and family issues cant keep completely on track these have boosted my losses each week even when I haven't been great no after taste either can't say my energy increased but that may be just me will definitely be carrying on with these

Hamsters love it brought them one each but they still like to snuggle up together in it was in there straight away when I put it in cage

My sons nursery have one which he had to look after one weekend as he was star of the week he was so upset that Sam the elephant had to go back so asked school they didn't know where he was from but suggested eBay and type in mumbles he hasn't had it yet as he has asked Santa to bring it as he knew Santa can find anything so thank you so much he will be a very happy boy
