  Handbag sold as new but clearly used with dirt, glitter and hair in interior. Didn't want to open a case as this will just result in a return but seller declined any further negotiation. Seller indicates the item was bought from eBay previously so may not be able to attest to the actual condition. Speedy dispatch and good photos, but disappointing interaction and misleading description undermine a good price.
