Purely clean
I like the way this cleanser feels on my face. I has a very natural feel and lathers easily with only a small bit of the product. It doesn't irritate my skin or make it feel drawn like so many other products. My skin is clean, feels smooth, and looks fresh.

My Favorite Yoga Workout
I have used this Yoga workout for years. I had to replace my old VHS tape with an updated version. This workout is basic and challenges my muscles but doesn't frustrate my skill level. The basic moves make a complete workout, and my body feels better while my stress level decreases. It reminds me of the coaching advice, I've heard through the years that teaches doing the basics and doing them well. That's how I feel about this workout.
