Damaged Product
The produt was damaged when it was opened. It did take me a few weeks to have the time to install the product so it was outside of the time window for returns. The product wasn't alligned with the window and when it was used it left a large section of the window still covered in water. I attempted to return this product or get a replacement, knowing it would likely be rejected because it was outside of the return window and the return with rejected without any message or contact.
