Externally, the item was extremely well packaged with a robust outer box and plenty of quality tape. This packaging was well able to withstand the rough and tumble of the postal system.   Excellent item and service, superbly packaged. Due to the nature of the item, 4 build models, I was expecting some damage in transit requiring small repair. However due to the magnificent packing EVERY ONE arrived intact. Best packaged item I have received in a long time. Very highly recommended
