Simple installation, looks sleek, and easy to operate
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I was a bit surprised by this Nest. I know they claim about a 30 minute installation, but I was keeping my expectations low. Honestly, I think I spent more time trying to find the breaker for the furnace (then just flipped the switch next to it) than I did removing old thermostat, marking wires, and installing the Nest. It even comes with a screw driver with a flippable bit (tiny flat to remove wires from old thermostat, and phillips to mount it).
A bit too soon to know about energy savings and all that, but the Eco settings (temp it will go to if nobody is home) definitely works. Kinda fun to open the app and see temp inside the house.
