Was not a fully working engine, but was made to work with little modification.
When I received the engine it had a dented oil filter. I didn't want to take any chances so I replaced it. I bought this engine because of the lowest price but after I installed and started up the engine I found out the alternator was bad so I had to replace that as well. In short, does it work? yes, was it worth paying $50 less for this engine rather than the others? Probably not. However it was a fun project, if you like projects this will be fine for you, if not, you better be willing to pay a little extra.

Heavy duty, well built, and versatile.
Works great to press ball joints out, but it is hard to keep it straight when putting one in. I would say it was well worth it for pressing them out though.
