Great Tones, small but mighty!
I've got a Vox combo 30 in a road case that I love dearly. If I could only have one amp, it would be it.
The Pathfinder is comparable to a Cambridge Vox with is a tube amp of the same configuration.
The Pathfinder is solid state, although not a modeling amp. It's meat and potatoes.
Although it does have a splendid tremolo and sufficient reverb onboard. Consequently, it's a pretty good product for traveling light.
Nothing fancy delay or modulation wise, but old school tremolo and reverb contribute greatly.
It's plenty loud with the boost kicked in. It sounds like my Vox tube amps and combo.
I knew an individual that had one. He's long gone. I decided to put a Pathfinder on my bucket list.
I'm extremely happy with its functions and sound. I understand many users do a LED mod and some change the speaker. It's got a line out, speaker out, headphone out and foot switch jack on back.
