Great!
Very good product, can be difficult to manoeuvre on carpets/rugs, but only because it is cleaning/brushing them properly and thoroughly, rather than just skimming the top pile. Great for lifting up human head and pet hair!

Not Universal at all - Made absolutely no difference whatsoever - Fridge still overflows water at the back causing a constant pool of water on the bottom of the fridge!
