  complete scam. Ordered Ray Ban Cat 5000 sunglasses. they shipped quickly, what arrived were cheap, flimsy knock-offs of the Ray Bans. The pair that arrived is not even the one featured in the listings photos. I am in the middle of requesting a full refund, but the seller is currently not responding. I hope Ebay has rigid customer support for these types of things, because this seller should be banned from the platform.

  I just received Balorama from LULU's Miami Bazaar which have a broken lens right out of the envelope. And the seller is claiming the photo I sent them shows the broken lens is not the lens that they sent me. Saying I changed the lens. This is a ridiculous claim. please advise me on how to proceed. LULU's claim is absurd. I have bought plenty of things on this site and I have never had a problem like this. LULU should of sent the sunglasses in a box, not an envelope.
