Looks good, but performs poorly.
It seems like the training vest was engineered without any actual field testing. Like if it was still in prototype stage and was decided it was good for the market. It doesn't grip your body enough and moves a lot when running, and even just a light jog. It is also bad for body weight exercises, when. When doing pull ups, the vest shoulder harness slides down and chokes you when you are in rest form. It also needs more padding on the shoulder harnesses since all the weight is on the shoulders. Overall pretty disappointed with the product, the only good thing I can say is that it is good quality in terms of materials and stitching.
