The teapot had a wooden knob which was loose due to stripped thread. The seller blamed the courier, though the item had arrived undamaged. They suggested I buy adhesive for £9 to repair it, but only offered a £3 partial refund because I would have adhesive left over to use for other things! When I asked for £5 refund they withdrew their offer and told me to return the item. I found their communication aggressive. I wanted to keep it so I bought the adhesive myself. Ebay later issued a refund.
