CAN NOT USE AS WILL NOT CHARGE
I ordered one for myself and one for a friend. My friend's works well, but I am not able to use mine because I cannot get the collar to charge. The charging cord goes into the controlling device with no problem, however the prong on the other cord will not go all the way into the collar and therefore will not charge it.
I am not sure how to go about returning it...?

Effective but expensive
Only thing that's ever worked for me in a natural way, but after many yrs of using, the only place that has it in stock any longer is ebay. However, it is almost twice the previous price that I have bought it for in the past. Too expensive, hope the price comes down so more people are able to experience and/or continue to afford.
