Meh at best
Not thick enough not to roll into an uncomfortable and painful thin rubber band type object. Might be good for just arms but not worth it for legs.

Came in horrible condition
Looks like this book has been dropped in mud, ripped and scuffed. I understand not being new but being like this is unacceptable.
