Not what I expected.
I was looking more for "how" not just a list of "what." This pocket size book has zero photos and zero graphics. I'm not sure who would need this book. Quick reference book but it's a 2008 publication. If I were in the field I would want something current.

Inspirational and exciting book
I read this book as a book club selection and got through it in a day. It's a fast read and an amazing story about an amazing man. I'm getting out my running shoes after nearly 25 years and I'm going to run first with my body, then my mind, and then my heart!
