We chose to refund as the customers vehicle needed to be completed. I appreciate the communication from the seller to let us know what happened and what our options were.   Item as described. Shipping was fast but cost seemed a bit high for shipping books. Would have liked a slower media mail option at a lower price.

  That is why i have a lower purchase price. A small cushion for expenses that are non reimbursable :-)
