a must have for metal detecting in hard ground
I wanted a tough shovel for digging in hard rocky ground while metal detecting, this shovel fits the bill. The rubber step on the back of the shovel works great. This should be the last shovel i will need to buy. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for.
I also purchased the holster with it but one of the mounting screws on the holster fell out 2 hours into the first outing. If you purchase a holster check that the mounting screws are tight before heading into the field the first time.
