Not for beginners...
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this as I am a fan of Claire, and she reminds me of myself a little bit - her battle with food and weight, particularly after having children. Also because her main motivation for losing weight was that she was due to get married, like me.
I found that each routine was very fast-paced to follow and many times I lost track of what to do. You can tell that Claire would have practiced the routine many times before filming the dvd!
While I enjoyed moving to Steps music and one of the army guys she had backing her up, I know this isn't the work-out DVD for me. I have the 'Slim in 6' dvds which I think I'll stick to.
