Ebay has taken us off top seller to above average because the post office did not scan packages until they were a few states away from me, so they say they say were late shipment, I kept my buyer informed of when they were picked up, updated until delivered. We take care of our buyers!

    Not sellers fault that Ebay used DHL to deliver and took 2 months to get here. They wanted more money from me but I chose pay on arrival. Shipping stopped. EBay did nothing as DHL tracking stated it was “out for delivery”. DHL never once answered an email wondering why my package is just sitting for 6 weeks. Seller did what they could to help. It should have been here before Christmas. Seller kept in communication with me. I wish there was an option to rate the delivery company.
