Super reliable
I use these to set up IP phones for home users who don't sit close to their router. They are very reliable and easy to pair with a cheap TP-LINK AV200 from Amazon. Just plug it in and forget about it.

Good materials, but very uncomfortable
It's a good product, but it's not as adjustable as the headband. I think my head is too big for it. It is probably fine if your head happens to be the right size.

The headset alone is worth the purchase price of this phone.
