Case is ideal for my purposes, foils only OK
I take the case on and off all the time (the cradle in my car is designed for the naked phone) - this case slips on and off (without breaking my fingernails), provides good protection, allows access to the headphone and charging jacks, fits nicely, matches phone color nicely, and does not interfere with the operation of the side buttons. No comment on the style - this is something I bought to protect my phone, not to make a fashion statement.
Yes, I've had issues with other cases that:
a) interfere with the camera
b) apply pressure to the side buttons (causing phone malfunctions)
c) are really hard to get on and off.
d) interfere with the headphone or charging receptacles (so you can't insert the headphone jack all the way..).
This one has no such issues. The foils are so-so - they fit and install easily, but don't provide that much protection (I actually cracked my screen with the foil in place), nor do they improve the full sun readability (I'll probably switch to a matte or polarizing screen protector, most likely applied to the top of a glass protector so I get real screen protection and better full-sun readability).

Great music, crafted into super-sounding CD
I had an old LP of Tequila - the CD (well-packed and in very good condition) sounds much better, is nicely packaged and can be played in my car and at home without having to flip the record.

OK, but nothing to write home about it (quality or quantity)
It is pretty hard to separate the patches from the backing. Patches are on the thin side, and the adhesive is not that great. Plus the patches were pretty small (for sail repairs)
