No interior padding
Says in manual to place foam padding inside helmet, dangerous to use without. There is no such foam padding with the helmet there is Velcro strips. Supplier told me it comes like that, as it is dangerous ( helmet not fitting correctly) I returned it.

Sturdy
A good solid bench, well built, not at all flimsy. Excellent quality, I assembled this bench on my own and found it easy if somewhat heavy to assemble. Highly recommend this work bench.
