excellent value

This glass totally worth the price. Great angle of view, small amount of distortions. The autofocus motor could be a little more silent but doesn't really matter. The af-mf switch is annoyingly bad, the even the camera bag can switch but it is designed this way so it is meant to work like this. I'm totally pleased.

Best nifty fifty deal ever

For this price this lens is a good deal. Lightweight, sharp and really fast. The autofocus motor is fast, precise and silent. Also in manual mode the focus ring slides smoothly. During focusing the image area doesn't change. Great piece of glass
