  Packaging was sufficient. The item was not what I expected. There was no mention of it being broken. When I contacted seller I was told that it wasn't broken when shipped. There were no broken pieces in the box. I was told to return it. Seller want's to claim insurance on it? I told them that it was not broken from shipping. I sent pics. The box was in great shape when it arrived. I feel like the seller is being dishonest.

  eBay gave her the refund. They didn't make me pay it because of this persons history. There were absolutely no chips missing when I mailed it. The chips missing in several places would have been almost impossible to find with all the packing materials. They were hesitant about sending pictures. I never filed insurance because eBay covered it! This buyer has done this before and left enough evidence. I have the messages if anyone wants to see.
