  Don't waste your time with this seller. I won this auction at the starting bid of $250 and the seller is blaming EBAY because there was not a reserve on the auction. He is backing out of the sale and has already relisted it, before even refunding my money. He has been on EBAY for around 4 years and has over 1000 feedbacks, but does not seem to know how EBAY works. There are a lot of good seller on EBAY, don't waste your time with this seller.

  SCAMMER! Refused to ship item at auction winning price. Kept coming up with excuses why he suddenly couldnt ship. This is clearly standard operating procedure for this seller. Look at his negative feedback, he does this all the time. Stay away from this seller... You've been warned!
