There is a reason this is used in many restaurants
Great butane torch, useful for many kitchen applications! the build quality is solid, and the adjustment knobs allow for fine tuning what flame you want. I was recommended this by chef J Kenji Lopez-Alt and it is a great pick!

The perfect starting whetstone!
The best medium-grit stone for a great price! This is the brand recommended by J Kenji Lopez-Alt. If it is good enough for him, then it is good enough for me. It is a large stone that will last my entire lifetime. This is the perfect grit that you can pretty much sharpen all your knives to a great point with only this stone. If you wanted to get a little more fancy and finish them off with a really razor sharp edge, then you'll need to get another stone north of 2000 grit as well. But for most people looking to start honing (pun intended) their knife sharpening skills, this is the perfect whetstone to buy.

Wonderful Album, Fantastic Product
This is a great vinyl pressing of Earl Sweatshirt's third studio album, Some Rap Songs. High quality vinyl that is protected by the inner sleeve that shows off the poem that is read aloud on the song "Playing Possum." Not much more to say than that, this is a great product of a great album.
