Good value
a much cheaper option than buying the whole package. Instructions included on how to calculate how many of which colour you should have per day. Lots of ideas also online.

Easy to follow and make
The book is really great, easy to follow . The recipes are simple to follow and a good variety. I think it’s a great starter book to the 90 day ones, it’s more a gradual build up and not as daunting. I love it and would definitely recommend it.
