Basic Wiring
This is a good, basic book to educate you about many household wiring dilemmas. I have a great fear of electricitiy and so am trying to overcome it. I have rewired some lamps and it really is quite easy but have been reluctant to work with outlets. I hope to be able to change out some light fixtures in my home with the aid of this book and replace a dimmer switch. Technology really does keep improving and so the age of this book (1995) will not include the latest and greatest. But it will lead to greater understanding of how a home is wired and how to do simple repairs and fixes yourself.
