  I am sorry this buyer is unhappy, but this is one side of the situation (which is still on This item was shipped to the Phillippines and if it was returned (according to Ebay) the buyer would be responsible for shipping cost, which I would have accepted. I did offer to compensate her and she could keep the piece. I have been commuting with this client for a long time prior and sent her additional photos and put a video on my listing so she could check it out. She didn't notice it either.

  This set of Royal Albert Celebration china is stunningly beautiful! The shipping was incredibly fast, arriving three days earlier than expected. Everything was exactly as described, although it was even more beautiful than expected. I highly recommend this seller!

  I can not rave enough about this seller! My items arrived very quickly and they were wrapped with the utmost care. Since they were very delicate, this was to be expected, but also appreciated. However, I also received a handwritten thank you note for the purchase! A nicety that while not necessary in this case, generally seems to have died off all together in the 21st century. It was beyond thoughtful. Great customer service!
