Salt and Pepper
This watch has both plus and minus impact for me.
The PLUS:
Light weight Titanium
Sapphire crystal instead of FF
Decent lume (better than typical Invicta lume)
Nice large dial, broad hands, easy to read
Decent, expensive 8040 Ronda Swiss movement
The MINUS:
Poor Invicta QC, coupled with EBay vendors selling customer recycled watches as "new with tags"
Bought three of these to get one good one
Case is very thick
Caseback engraving is sharp and irritates the skin

Excellent product at a reasonable cost
Bought this for my SME mod 15 turntable. British quality replacement belts (inc SME factory replacements) have been a major disappointment.
This Thakker belt works fantastic on my SME TT. Close to the original in both thickness and length, solidly speed locks without drifting. Timing strobe pattern rock solid. German made, but reasonable in cost. Sonic performance is excellent. Highly recommended.

One of the best scanners ever made
Recently acquired one of these scanners in excellent shape. Tested the resolution at 35 mm with the USAF 1951 resolution target and the unit still does about 4000 dpi. I am using it mostly for MF 6 x 4.5 and 35 mm Widelux panoramic film scans.
I am using it with the OEM Minolta scanning software on a legacy Win XP system, and the software functions well. I like the OEM software because you can manually focus anywhere on the image.
The downside is there is no longer any repair or maintenance support as you find with the Nikon products. But it is a fraction of the cost of Nikon MF scanners, and is considerably better than any MF flatbed scanner currently produced. Also, finding one of these in good shape with all the scanning fixtures is not easy. There is an EBay vendor selling the various MF masks if you don't have them, but you still need the MF scanning trays and there is no independent source for these if you don't get them with the scanner.
Another nice addition (if you can find it) is the Scanhancer. These are out of production and a real plus if you can find one with one of these scanners.
