  Overall positive. The glasses arrived well- packed and in perfect condition, as described. I wasn’t thrilled that the package was shipped untracked. It arrived at our doorstep while we out of town. Luckily it was not stolen but package theft is rife so I like to know when a package will arrive. One other minor thing. The package definitely had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, which would luckily not affect crystal glasses. I did have to take the packaging outside and dispose of it.

  Item was not as described (the sweater had dozens of small holes). The seller was slow to ship and did not respond to my message about the item’s defects. It’s unfortunate, because the sweater is beautiful, but needs serious repair. Beware!

  Undisclosed moth hole center front, mends in back. Unresponsive, had to be chased for refund. Bad, bad experience.
