Not for a person that doesn't like vegetables!
I enjoyed Dr. Pingel's writing but when I got through the whole book to the recipes, there was not one item that I would have eaten. This is a diet for a vegan or vegetarian in order to succeed. So it won't work for me.

Nice camera, easy to operate, like the color
So far I love the camera, but a couple drawbacks, it didn't come with a memory card or a camera case. I purchased it because I thought it was a good price. But after more review, it wasn't a great buy. But I do like the actual camera and I did buy it for the color.

Good addition to my Ducks collection
I wanted a Ducks football for our Civil War game, it was used, as I knew and almost flat. But it works. I know I paid more than it's worth but the problem is always adding the postage increased the price. But I got what I was looking for.
