Ok product

The product looked fine but the top mount needed to be modified so the retaining pin could be used. The bottom mount was off axis but managed to fit by compressing the spring and rotating it. Would not recommend this spring if you are not machnikly minded.

Not all metal

The heat brake is not all metal, It has a teflon liner but otherwise it seems to be good value. Perhaps you could pitches a separate all metal heat brake.
