A superb potentiometer for a passive pre amp

I purchased the 20k pot for my home built passive pre amp. I’ve tried quite a few types and makes from cheap to relatively expensive. None performed as well as this little gem. Driving my Quad QSP power amp the sound is smooth, sweet, detailed and excellent imaging. The step range is perfect for getting the volume just right. Great bass and wide sound stage. Highly recommended. Very pleased. My quest for the perfect pre amp volume pot is now over.

Great value isolation platform.

I have two and use one on my headphone amp - Little Dot 2 valve amp and it helps reduce microphonic effects on the valves. The other is used to support a Pro-ject Tube Box DS Phono stage for the same reasons. Neat, good looking and effective isolation. Recommended.

Mild, relaxing shave.

These blades give a wonderful shave even though they are not as razor sharp (forgive the pun) as those renowned for their “sharpness”. They are a mild, forgiving blade for those of us not into aggressive razors and shaving. I find shaving with these blades a very enjoyable and satisfying experience. I can take my time and enjoy a relaxing shave. That’s all I need in a DE blade.
