Voice difficult to turn off
My daughter has used 2 of these EasyMax V (voice) meters and has had some difficulty them being too sensitive to temperature. First off the voice drives her crazy and is very difficult to turn off. Second while skiing (even though kept in an inside shirt pocket) it wouldn't function properly and this has happened on several occasions. Overall it does about as good a job as the older models in an indoor environment.

FABULOUS grinder !!!
This is a FABULOUS grinder. I have had it over a year now and done a couple of beefs. It did a good job of the hamburger with one time through. Unlike a previous one I had, where we had to run it through two different screens. It would grind up the meat as fast as I could feed it in and didn't pull it down a bit. I am very pleased with its performance. It is very well built and just feels like a good quality appliance, definitely not flimsy. I did a lot of research before settling on this particular grinder, for the money I don't think you can find a better one.

Great for cutting PEX
Does a real good job of cutting PEX pipe, I haven't tried it on PVC.
