!!!!!WARNING DONT BUY!!!! It's not by tarte either cough ...The brush is terrible and they have no shape and they hurt your eyes !! DONT BUY THIS !!!
This is the worst brush I have ever owned wasted my money and now I have a terrible brush that not only does not have any shape at all but the bristles actually hurt your eyes when you try to use it and this brush was meant for a winged eyeliner or just eyeliner. And this brush you could not do anything with please do not waste your money I am being honest I have wasted my money and now I'm out of my money and finally got the right brush and if you're looking for the brush the best one to buy is Mac and it does expertise winged or cat eyeliner or if you suck at using the brush you can always get the vamp stamp it is awesome as well and comes in different sizes check them out they're pretty awesome!!
