Great short scale (need more like this)

Was hesitant to buy this. Reading the reviews, I thought I would have to do work on this. Only problem I found was the cable jack plate needed to be screwed in tighter. Bright, slappy, spanky tone. Just change the strings as I am using the set that came with it and I tuned up to G standard due to the light tension of short scales. This is a 30" scale not a kids guitar. Great for modifying. Want to buy a stockpile because no one else has short scale p basses, but I am broke at the moment.

I was scared to buy this and not the eyemaster or the hm-2, but I can't say why. Maybe the color.

Easy to attach and holds

Easy to attach and holds well! Don't have to drill into the bass drum. Works best for marching drum conversions.
