    The "item specification" box listed this as NEW (never used). The description written by the seller said "in great condition" which is ambiguous. In the photos it didn't look brand new; based on this, I made an offer which was never responded to. Being that it was listed as "new" I went on the assumption that it was & made another offer. I was disappointed to find that it was NOT new & had to take apart the entire thing to clean out old coffee residue/ grounds. Not as great a deal as I thought.

    I apologize for the mistake in my listing, but it was sold to me as new. I think it must have been a store return. I wish you would have contacted me before leaving feedback so that I could have resolved the issue for you. Again, I'm sorry that the item was not as described.

Great Tool
This trainer is well worth the money, even if you only use it to strain yogurt. Makes makes that task so very easy in comparison to cheesecloth, coffee filters and other methods.

Terrific product, especially when used with an Echo Dot.
Even more versatile when used in conjunction with an Echo Dot because you have the portability of a Bluetooth speaker when connected and it operates independently when not connected to the Echo Dot. I'm no expert, but I think the sound is very good. For me, it's perfect.
