Caliper is a little...rough, but it appears to be accurate enough for general use. Packing was TERRIBLE. Will be hit and miss on this issue.

You get what you pay for. I have purchased 8 of these. Some are OK, and some are unsafe junk. However,they CAN be made to work safely but not too well
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich We bought these only for temp usage until other high-end vises that we are buying are put into place. These things created problems instead of solving problems. Can't really even use them for what we bought them for. No thrust bearings used. Less overall metal in their entire construction. Clamping screw is very small diameter and does not allow for secure clamping...always feels "spongy." Bought 4 of these things. No two are alike except in color and visual appearance. Some were assembled using the wrong sized screws. Fixed jaw section of vises are not mounted correctly and lift up when tightening. After taking all four of them completely apart we found that mounting screws had bottomed out and were not really holding anything properly at all. These things are the worst of the worst. Even the SHARS brand of similar vises are of better quality...and they are not well made either. Our own fault though, as you get what you pay for. Even after completely repairing and rebuild these vises, they are still only good enough for use on low powered drill presses. The shipping was very fast though. Seller would probably taken them back, but we modified them to make them usable and safe, so returning them became out of the question. It was our mistake to purchase these vises, so we have to accept our decision.

Excellent Products
This company produces great tooling at very reasonable prices. We use them on manual machines and also on our CNC machines. They are strong, extremely well made and never let us down. Wish they made an even larger assortment!
